The service is outstanding. People are polite, helpful and listen to concerns and needs and do everything in the power to help you resolve issues. Couldn't possibly recommend this pharmacy more. They are always professional, incredibly kind, full of energy/drive, and will provide INCREDIBLE customer service. This is nothing like the major competitors; Orland Pharmacy goes out of their way to provide not only phenomenal service and great prices (they have beat the competition multiple times), but you will NEVER feel like just another customer here. It's a small business and we've been recommending them to everyone. You definitely won't regret being a customer here.

Every time I have been to Orland Pharmacy I have had excellent customer service, the staff has been so kind, accommodating, timely and friendly. They help me with reminders and texts for my prescriptions. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy to anyone!

They are polite, prompt and deliver for free! I love these guys they have saved me money on my prescriptions time and time again, all the while giving me well wishes or happy holidays! Like a small town pharmacy with modern day conveniences. Love love love this pharmacy!!! Glad I found Orland Pharmacy in Homer Glen after the competition across the street was rude and incorrect in the medication. Can’t say enough for these guys!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Majd and everyone there is very helpful. They get medication faster than walgreens and help way more than walgreens. They help and are on your side. 1000% better to switch.

You will NOT be disappointed working with this pharmacy!! I’ve been getting Rxs filled with ORLAND for several years, and the pharmacists and staff are FANTASTIC! I wish all pharmacies were as professional, kind, diligent to help the customer and as proactive as they are at OP! HIGHLY RECOMMEND over all others!
